THE ANNUAL STOP TRAFFICK BENEFIT
In 2011, the Stop Traffick benefit raised money for Goutte d’Eau, and also helped victims of trafficking closer to home at Chicago's CAASE. We raised over $13,000 for these two important organizations.
The event was great fun, featuring live music, delicious food, and silent auctions. Thanks to all who attended and donated!
WHO WE DONATE TO
Goutte d’Eau/Domnok Toek is an orphanage and child center that helps rescue and rehabilitate victims of child trafficking in Cambodia. The objective of Domnok Toek focues on prevention of child trafficking, rehabilitation of victims, integration into Khmer society through education and reintegration of trafficked children into their culture and society. Chicago Alliance Against Sexual Exploitation (CAASE), a non-profit group that provides legal services, advocates policy reform, and implements prevention programs in order to fight sexual exploitation in Illinois. For more info go to http://www.CAASE.org
